Maturity-to me....

But what does this idea of “maturity” mean? Maturity is a quality one poses, it is an aptitude rather than a skill. Mature people are those who will act appropriately because they have proper (mature) attitudes and habits. Thus we call someone mature who does not selfishly retaliate when wronged but instead turns the other cheek and loves his enemies.

A mature person is also someone who makes wise choices, plans their time well, who is patient, fair, and caring. It is important to note that it is not acting in these ways that makes someone mature, rather it is the mature person who will act in these ways. This is important to see because true maturity produces much more than good actions; it also produces good tastes.
